Litigation Support

For one of the nation’s leading law firms, The Palmerton Group has provided extensive litigation support and research for a major case. We provided strategic analysis, expert affidavits, assisted expert witness preparation, technical writing for briefs, provided research of geographical information, provided GIS analysis of data, and provided records research and analysis at the National Archives and several Defense Department libraries. The Palmerton Group has worked on this project since 2002 and continues to work on this project as it progresses through various stages and courts.
